1stHairly is operated by First Hair For Cosmetics in Qatar.
We arrange delivery across Qatar through local delivery providers. Delivery availability and timing depend on your location, stock availability, order confirmation, and courier availability.
Same-day delivery may be available. Please confirm availability with us before ordering if you need your items urgently.
Delivery charges depend on your location and are separate from product prices unless expressly stated otherwise.
Your delivery charge will be shown at checkout or confirmed with you before you finalise your order.
Please provide your full name, a working telephone number, and an accurate delivery address, including your area, street, building number, and any useful directions.
Customers should meet the driver at the building entrance or agreed collection point. Delivery directly to an apartment door must be arranged with us in advance.
Please remain reachable while your order is out for delivery.
Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed service. Traffic, weather, and courier availability may affect arrival times.
If your delivery is delayed, please contact us for assistance.
If delivery cannot be completed because the address is incorrect or no one is available to receive the order, we will contact you to arrange the next step. Any additional delivery charge will be explained and agreed before a new delivery is arranged.
Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout or confirmed with you when ordering.
Cash on delivery:
Available for eligible locations and orders by prior confirmation. Please have the correct amount ready to hand to the driver when collecting your order.
Fawran or bank transfer:
Please request our payment details and include your order reference where possible. Orders requiring prepayment will be dispatched after we verify receipt of payment.
For some distant delivery locations, payment before dispatch may be required. We will confirm this before you finalise your order.
We do not offer credit sales.
For delivery outside Qatar, please contact us before placing your order to confirm whether we can ship your selected products to your destination.
Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be provided before you confirm the order. Availability may vary by destination and product, particularly for liquids and adhesives.
Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs-clearance charges are separate from our shipping fee unless expressly stated otherwise. We will clarify responsibility for these charges before confirming an international order. Customs processing may affect delivery times.
If you need to change your address or delivery arrangements, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, changes may not be possible.
If your parcel arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item, please contact us promptly with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the products and packaging.
