Welcome to 1stHairly, operated by First Hair For Cosmetics in Qatar. These terms apply to purchases from our online store and use of our website.
We offer wigs, hair products, and accessories. Please read each product description carefully for its material, colour, length, size, and care instructions. Human hair and synthetic or hair blend wigs are identified in their respective listings.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings. This does not affect your rights if an item is defective or materially different from its description.
Please provide accurate contact and delivery information when ordering. Orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any payment received for the unavailable items.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly. Once dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery or stop the shipment. Your applicable legal rights remain unaffected.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed in the store. Delivery charges and any other applicable charges will be disclosed before you confirm your purchase.
Payment must be made using an available checkout method or a method agreed with us before dispatch. We do not offer credit sales.
Delivery availability, charges, and estimated times depend on your location and will be provided when ordering. Any same-day delivery arrangement is subject to order confirmation and courier availability.
Please ensure that you or your nominated recipient can receive the order. For courier deliveries, please meet the driver at the building entrance or agreed collection point unless another arrangement has been confirmed.
For a change-of-mind exchange, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Wigs must be unused and unaltered, with the lace intact and the original packaging included. Exchanges are subject to inspection and availability. Customers cover return and replacement delivery costs for change-of-mind exchanges.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us promptly with your order details and, where possible, photographs or video so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy.
The 24-hour change-of-mind exchange period and hygiene conditions do not limit your statutory rights concerning defective, misdescribed, or otherwise non-conforming goods.
Follow the instructions supplied with each product. Only use heat on wigs where the product instructions expressly allow it, and observe the stated temperature limit.
Use hair products and adhesives according to their labels and instructions. Damage caused by misuse or alterations may affect eligibility for a voluntary exchange, without affecting any applicable statutory rights.
You must not use this website for fraud, unlawful activity, or interference with the store’s operation.
Website content owned by 1stHairly or its licensors, including original photographs, branding, and written material, may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where permitted by law.
We use information provided with your order to process purchases, arrange delivery, and respond to enquiries. Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information in more detail.
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Updates apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to orders already accepted.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without excluding any mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
